Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered or is defective in any way, please hand it back to our delivery person at the time of delivery.
Plants & Pots – Return Policy
Pre-potted plants
We pot plants on demand, so pre-potted plants cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless the item differs from what was promised on the website.
Pots without plants
Pots purchased without plants are eligible for return within 7 days from the delivery date, except for:
Custom colors
Fiberglass planters: These are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your pot must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
